Code of Conduct - Women Who Vybe LLC Membership Page

Welcome to Women Who Vybe LLC, a vibrant community of creative women dedicated to supporting each other's success. To ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all members, we have established this Code of Conduct. By participating in our membership page, you agree to abide by the following guidelines:

Respect and Kindness:
Treat all members with respect, kindness, and empathy. We celebrate diversity and encourage open-mindedness, so please be mindful of cultural differences and personal boundaries.

Inclusive Language:
Use inclusive language that respects and values the diversity of our community. Refrain from using discriminatory, offensive, or derogatory language, including but not limited to remarks about race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or abilities.

Supportive Environment:
Create a supportive environment by offering constructive feedback, sharing knowledge, and providing encouragement. We aim to foster an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable expressing their thoughts, ideas, and concerns.

Respect the confidentiality of our members. Do not share personal or sensitive information about other members without their explicit consent. This includes conversations, shared content, and any other form of private communication.

No Harassment:
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, bullying, intimidation, unwanted advances, stalking, or any other form of unwelcome behavior. If you witness or experience harassment, report it to the Women Who Vybe LLC team immediately.

Intellectual Property:
Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not plagiarize, infringe upon copyrights, or use others' work without proper attribution or permission. If you share content or resources, ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions to do so.

Collaboration and Networking:
Engage in collaboration and networking opportunities with fellow members. Be supportive and open to forming meaningful connections and partnerships. Avoid self-promotion that is excessive or disruptive to the community.

Conflict Resolution:
If conflicts arise, approach them with respect, professionalism, and an open mind. Engage in constructive dialogue and seek resolution rather than engaging in personal attacks or escalating tensions. If necessary, involve the Women Who Vybe LLC team to mediate.

Reporting Violations:
If you witness or experience any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report them to the Women Who Vybe LLC team immediately. Provide relevant details and evidence, if possible. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and maintaining the safety of our community.

Compliance with Laws:
Ensure that your participation in Women Who Vybe LLC and its membership page complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Do not engage in any activities that are illegal or could harm the reputation of the community.

Remember that Women Who Vybe LLC is a community built on trust, support, and empowerment. We are all responsible for upholding these values. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community.
